		<description>I am her neighbor on Studio. I had always heard that the street was started because of an artist, and now as they say, I know the &quot;rest of the story&quot;.  Unfortunately our family has outgrown our home and we are reluctantly selling.  It is a dream location! Studio neighborhood is the best!</description>
