		<description>This is indeed a big something.  Thanks for taking the time to give some Cliff notes on how it works.  I&#039;m curious as to how the signal gets to places from Buena Vista to Limon to Raton on so many different frequencies.  An older writing called the FCC the Flat Earth Society.  One can only imagine what the staff has to deal with to keep it all going.  Thank you all for all you do.</description>
