Matt and KRCC: Thank you so much for these videos that preserve some of the fascinating history of Colorado Springs. We have such cultural treasures in the Pioneer's Museum, Rockledge Ranch, Garden of the Gods, our amazing parks. I would love to see artists of all kinds get together for a fund-raiser to keep these services alive and well in the city. Denver does so well with the SCFD supporting their cultural opportunities and making them available to all. Our history and arts are worth preservation, thanks to all who do this work.

Is there any petition or something going around to change the decision on the shut-downs? I've lived here almost 20 years, and the idea that they're going to shutdown the Pioneer's Museum, Rockledge and the GoG Visitor's Center is just nuts.

Matt,
Did the Native Americans actually tie their shoes with the same knot I use today. The impression I had was that the way I tie my shoe laces is sort of a European way .

Thanks, Matt. I love the Pioneer Museum and cannot imagine Colorado Springs without it. The community worked so hard to save the beautiful building--let's hope the community will work just as hard to save what the Museum holds!
