Beautiful windows and music. Why not a series on the other downtown churches with stained glass windows? For instance, the Congregational Church, All Souls Unitarian Universalist, etc. And a piece on William Jackson Palmer (I think) who gave free lots to many of the churches.

The organ that you hear on TBS was given to Grace church “for the benefit and enjoyment of the citizens of Colorado Springs” by philanthropist Alice Bemis Taylor. The trust fund that accompanied the organ has endowed the free, public Taylor Memorial Concert Series at Grace for over three quarters of a century. The final concert in this year’s series will be held May 23 at 3 pm.

We attended that concert and indeed have fond memories of Grace Church and all our friends there. Churches may fade away but memories and friends do not. Thanks for sharing. Great photographs! Music’s not bad either
